Approaches Individual to the Practitioner
Mike Matthews, Author and Editor of Shared Care - Google+ Profile
There are many practitioners whose techniques do not fit into any of the categories in our list.
For example some of the people best able to help ADHD or Autism are those who suffer from the condition and whose skill lies in their having "been there and experienced that".
This is the page for them.
Similarly many practitioners of talking therapies find after some time that their approach is a very personal fusion of the many techniques that they have been taught and cannot be pigeonholed as anything other than "I do it my way".
Please contact any practitioner on this list before you undertake treatment and make sure that their individual approach will suit you. The practitioner/patient relationship is a deeply personal one and it is important for both parties to be able to interact well with each other.
The individual approaches listed here don't fall neatly into one of our pragmatic categories for natural remedies, for details about how we classify them and the lists see the natural remedies home page .
