Positive Thinking Skills for Relaxation and Sleep
All the health and life issues we address on Shared Care have an element of stress associated with them. This can lead to sleep and other problems that can respond well to talking treatments.
This download will help stress and includes a powerful set of imagery exercises that both help relaxation and enable the user to regain control of their problem. The second part will enable dropping off to sleep.
The first section of the download is a general relaxation technique and the second is specific to sleep. You should practice this until you are familiar with it and then move on to the second part and practice it regularly.
