What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is the Indian medical system that treats imbalances in the three Doshas or vital energies. Ayurvedic medicine places great emphasis on detoxification and diet to rid the body of toxic substances. Herbal medicine, massage, meditation and yoga are all used in ayurveda.
Ayurveda is one of Natural Remedies from Shared Care's world therapies together with Asian Bodywork Therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
